Baby Chicks

• Delivery Restrictions – Please note that we do not ship any stock to Hawai and do not ship turkeys to Iowa. 
• Postal Delivery – We offer mail shipping of day-old chicks to the Continental U.S. during the spring and fall hatching seasons.
• Direct Delivery – We sometimes provide direct delivery to local and regional customers. You may Contact us to inquire.
• Returns & Refunds – We will refund the cost of any baby chicks that arrive DOA or die within 48 hours of delivery. You must report your loss within 72 hours of arrival. Photo/video documentation of the deaths may be requested for refund.

Hatching Eggs

• Shipping & Handling – We ship all our hatching eggs so they will be received within 2-7 days of lay to allow for optimal hatching. We pack and ship the eggs very well, though breakage still occurs sometimes. 
• Returns & Refunds – We always try to send extra eggs to make up for breakage during transit. If broken eggs exceed the extras we send please let us know within 24 hours and we will refund you the difference. We take no responsibility for fertility or hatch rates on our hatching eggs as many factors outside our control can effect this. Though, if customers have a bad hatch please feel free to contact us and we will do what we can.
