Baby Chicks

• Local Pickup – If you’re local to the NJ area we would encourage you to come pick up your order from our Good Shepherd East location in Pemberton NJ. 
• Mail Delivery – We offer mail shipping of day-old chicks during the spring and fall hatching seasons. Chicks are sent through USPS on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure they arrive before the weekend. 
• Direct Delivery –  To set up direct delivery to your farm or home contact us at info@goodshepherdconservancy.org.
• Returns & Refunds – We will refund the cost of any baby chicks that arrive DOA or die within 48 hours of delivery. You must report your loss within 72 hours of arrival. Photo/video documentation of the deaths may be requested for refund.

Hatching Eggs

• Shipping & Handling – We ship all our hatching eggs so they will be received approximately 2-7 days of lay to allow for optimal fertility.  Eggs are shipped UPS or USPS. We pack and ship the eggs very well, though breakage still occurs sometimes. 
• Returns & Refunds – We always try to send extra eggs to make up for breakage during transit. If broken eggs exceed the extras we send please let us know within 24 hours and we will refund you the difference. 
• Fertility/Hatch Rates – We take no responsibility for fertility or hatch rates on our hatching eggs as many factors outside our control can effect this. Though, if customers have a bad hatch we do in most circumstances provide replacement eggs or discounts on future orders. 

Merch

• Shipping & Handling – We try to send out all merch orders within 5 business days. If we are running behind this schedule we will let you know.  Merch purchased on backorder may take several weeks or months to receive. Large Fine Art Prints are printed every 6-12 months so this option can take significantly longer then our other items to ship. We will check in with you about our expected timeline if you’ve placed a backorder purchase.
• Returns & Refunds –  Merch in like new condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
